Call an extension directly with Digi’s direct inbound dialing.

Direct Inbound Dialing(DID) is a service available to companies who have an IP-PBX or IP-enabled PBX system and want customers to call directly to an extension number using a 7 digit number.

Normally, the last 3 numbers in the 7 digit number would be the extension number.
