    Out of credit? Not a problem. Using our ‘Send MiCredit’ feature, another Digi PrePaid user can transfer some of their credit to you instantly!

    Transfer amounts can be anywhere from $1-$500 for only $0.15 per transaction. Transfer as needed as long as your Total Transfers for the past running year does not exceed your Total TopUps. For example,

    If you TopUp with $100 for the past year to date, transfer up to $99.85 (considering $0.15 charge).

    • Enter the phone number to be credited

    D’Loop

    A fast, easy, and wireless way to get the latest news updates, Boledo numbers, Weather Updates, News and much more!

    You can use your mobile handset to send a text to a specific short code in exchange for information on different contents. The D’loop service can be set up as “Subscription” (get daily) or “On Demand” (on request only).

    • This means customers have the option of either subscribing to or getting the content(s) on their request only.
    • There are no restrictions to the amount of content a customer can subscribe to. 
    • If a customer chooses to subscribe to a content, this means customer will receive the content daily until they unsubscribe.
    • All the contents being offered has a keyword that needs to be use in the body of the text when customers are either subscribing to or getting the information on demand.

    1. Text message to 35667
    • Customer sends Start (to get daily) or Get (to get one time) with the keyword of the service they are subscribing to
    • 2. Select application “DigiCell Services”
    • On some phones there is an application named “DigiCell Services” – Customers can select this application, choose D’ Loop, and subscribe to the service.

    Cost: Content requests are charged $0.15 ($0.17 inclusive of tax) cents for receiving content. You are not charged for subscribing and unsubscribing.
