DigiTel is a home phone service that offers plans with free local and international calls to both landline and mobile numbers.

Free international minutes are used first for calls to the USA, Canada, India, Mexico, and China.

After the free minutes are used up, calls to these countries will cost $0.29 per minute under a special international rate.

Calls to Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Argentina, Bahamas, and Venezuela are charged at a special rate of $0.29 per minute. Standard rates apply for calls to all other countries (See International Calling Rates for countries not included in the International Special Offer).

If your DigiTel plan is postpaid, these calls will be billed to your account. If your DigiTel plan is PrePaid you can recharge your account to make calls outside of the free minutes included in your plan.

Any person, living in a DigiNet area, can sign up for DigiTel. Be sure to have a valid ID, preferably Social Security or Passport, person 18 years or older. Call or visit a Digi Office nearest you.

The installation cost of $84.38 is a one-time fee that is paid upon sign-up. 

The deposit for residential customers is $50 to $100 depending on the number of services activated under the account. Deposit is waived once bundled with Digi’s home internet. 

Yes. You can sign up for a PrePaid DigiTel. The monthly charge is still added to your bill each month and you still get free minutes included in the plan. However, any out of plan calls require that you have sufficient prepaid credit on your account to make the call.

You can recharge your DigiTel PrePaid number and check their account balance by dialing *100. Recharges can be done using e-Pins or Direct Top Up which are available for purchase at Digi Stores & Top Up Agents countrywide.

You can now pay your Digi Bill online. Be sure to identify your account number located at the top left-hand corner of your bill.

You can also continue to pay your bill at any of our Digi Offices countrywide.

You may also receive a second bill with an account number in the format SBTL00000*******-0101. This bill can also be paid online using the entire account number (letters included), unless otherwise instructed by your bank.
